Senior Java Developer / Software Engineer, London - PAIR PROGRAMMING
Senior Java Developer / Software Engineer sought by an award-winning financial company in the lucrative area of Trading Systems, to join a highly skilled team of software development enthusiasts in an exciting start-up environment. You will be responsible for delivering software to match business requirements in a series of rapid iterations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Java Developer who wants to be instrumental in creating a next generation software product in a fast-paced environment. The very best of candidates will be able to fully absorb themselves in their work here, and be proud of their product as something that they have influenced and helped to create.
Requirements include expert knowledge in at least one of these technologies, JavaScript, AJAX, Java, Spring, PAIR PROGRAMMING, MySQL, and competency in all of them. Proven ability designing and delivering large-scale, high-throughput, transaction-intensive systems is key, and a Degree (or Equivalent eg Professional Certificate) in Computer Science (or another subject involving numeracy and computer skills) is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have delivered creative and complex solutions that have required thinking outside the box.
