Based in Middlesex a rapidly expanding, highly acclaimed company operating in the IT sector are offering an opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Analyst in Windows Server to become a valued member of their team. You will have Microsoft 2000/3, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Enterprise Server, IIS, and Cisco networking experience, as these are central to the role. MCSE2000/3 and CCNA qualifications would be ideal and a strong knowledge of internet routing and security is key. Prior experience of working within a multi-side data centre will put you a cut above the rest!
Your role will include providing 3rd Line Support to client infrastructures and you will be asked to maintain high availability through pro-active measures. Previous experience offering such support is essential. As the 3rd Line support Analyst you must ensure a good level of communication between clients, Support Analysts and Team Leaders. You will be involved in implementing Operational Procedures and resolving complex server issues.
