This Outstanding web application consultancy are made up from highly skilled an experienced individuals. They provide a high level of consulting to some of the World`s most demanding businesses and academic institutions. Currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide a range of high-quality service to their customers and consultants. The role comprises support and maintenance activities of their bespoke JAVA based web applications. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: ? Experience of supporting and maintaining web-based applications. ? Experience of developing SQL statements ? Computer Science degree that includes Java development and 00 analysis and design. ? Some experience of web infrastructure technologies including IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, HTTP would be beneficial. ? Exposure to Unix operating systems would be a distinct advantage. This role represents a tremendous opportunity for anyone currently working in a support environment to gain real experience in a highly customer focused, business orientated environment. It also provides an ideal stepping stone into more senior development and technical consultancy roles. Based in Hertford, not too far from London, Cambridge, Luton, Stevenage etc?
