Windows Server 2nd line Support Analyst-Enterprise Server, Middlesex, £30-35k+ benefits
Offering a fantastic package at up to £35k + benefits a large Award Winning, rapidly growing figure in the IT industry have an excellent opportunity for a 2nd line Support Analyst. You will be involved in offering 2nd line technical support, involving a lot of troubleshooting, working with large and well known clients IT systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Server is essential to success in this role, MCSE certification is also desirable. You should also have a good track record of troubleshooting with IIS, AD and DNS. You will also have had experience using Backup technologies such as Veritas.
