Description:
Customer Support Analyst required in London with excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written) and support skills. Role available within one of europe's leading software houses with excellent career progression opportunities and a learning environment.

Successful candidate will have very good understanding of UNIX and SQL, some demonstratable experience of working in a support role that requires excellent client and customer facing skills. Will need to be a fast learner, enthusiastic and willing to learn. The role will require:

? answering calls to the MTL helpdesk in a professional manner;
? ensuring customers provide all required information for the resolution of incidents;
? effectively owning and managing up to 50 incidents at one time;
? providing first line support and investigation for all reported incidents, resolving all service related incidents;
