| Application Support Analyst - Blackberry -Middlesex, £25-30k + benefits Application Support Analyst - Blackberry -Middlesex. Excellent opportunity for a Blackberry Messaging Application Support Analyst to work in Middlesex for a successful, highly recognised Services provider. You will be providing support to clients Infrastructure and Messaging Applications, resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting problems, and keeping clients and colleagues updated at every stage. Essential skills include experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server, and troubleshooting experience with Outlook. You must also have experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration, and an excellent understanding and appreciation of Customer Service is key. Knowledge of CITRIX and Symantec would be helpful.
