A Functional Support Analyst-Open Text Livelink, IT Graduate, Software Support is needed in Croydon, £29K A multi-national organisation is offering you the opportunity to you to join their team as a Functional Support Analyst. As a recent IT Graduate and experienced in Software Support with IT business experience, you should have a great deal of customer focus and work well within a team. Any experience of Open Text Live link and change management will allow you to really take full advantage of the role on offer. You will be able to help the project manager with the new change management system they have and it would be good if you understood ITIL with 2nd line support. As the Functional Support Analyst you will assist in the full life cycle of a new Document Management System, from implementation to support and promotion. You will be working closely with the Project manager and your duties will also include some second line support and the interpretation of functional specifications. The Market leading company are offering a 9% monthly bonus and also 7% annual pension scheme.
