| Software/Helpdesk Support, Surrey, £20-22k + excellent benefits inc training Leading International multi-discipline consultancy seek a Software/ Helpdesk Support Engineer, to join their vibrant and valued Technical Support team in Surrey. You will be solving Customer Support issues, including bespoke software updates and testing, providing an excellent Customer Support service, dealing with 2nd Line Support issues when the need arises. Essential skills include commercial experience on an IT helpdesk, dealing with Customer Support issues. You must have good knowledge of MS Office, Windows XP and the internet, and of how a Support Helpdesk operates. Ideally you will have experience with SQL, although this is not essential.
