A progressive and rapidly expanding software service provider has experienced unparalleled growth and the opportunity for a graduate IT/Desktop engineer skilled in windows active directory and networks is required with a view to developing into a technical consultant.
As an ideal first role following graduation the role of graduate windows active directory, networks IT/Desktop engineer will require the ideal candidate to undertake help support and maintain the in-house desktops and networks. Additionally the role will require office-based and on-site pre and post-sales support, installation and implementation, full project management exposure, development of bespoke software and on-going training to become a qualified technical consultant. As a role this is an extremely varied and demanding role giving the ideal candidate the opportunity to diversify their IT skill set.
To be considered for the role of windows active directory, networks IT/Desktop engineer you will need to have excellent working knowledge of networking principles and IT management products. Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills with a willingness to learn and develop into a technical consultant are a must. Good knowledge of windows server, remote access, Symantec ghost, VNC/Hyena/Terminal server and hardware resolving competence and ability though not a pre-requisite will most certainly be a distinct advantage.
