| Support Engineer (Helpdesk), Croydon, £25,000 A position for a support engineer has arisen in the Croydon area for an international figure in the telecommunications industry which is a global competitor in its industry. Already having experience in this Telecommunications industry, you will also have worked in a support desk environment and will have gained technical knowledge in Voice, Data & Connectivity Services within a Telecom, Internet or other similar environment. You will have prior knowledge of Windows Systems, including a good understanding of MS Access, Excel. Working with customers you should have excellent Communication Skills and a good telephone manner.
