A multi-national organisation is offering you the opportunity to you to join their team as a Functional Support Analyst. You will be an IT Graduate and have experience in Software Support and also have IT business experience. You should have a great deal of customer focus and work well within a team. Any experience of Open Text Livelink and change management will allow you to really take full advantage of the role on offer.
As the Functional Support Analyst you will assist in the full life cycle of a new Document Management System, from implementation to support and promotion. You will be working closely with the Project manager and your duties will also include some second line support and the interpretation of functional specifications.
