| Senior Software Support Analyst - SQL/Support - Derby - East Midlands Senior Software Support Analyst, Helpdesk Support Consultant, Bespoke Technical Support, SQL, SQL Server, ITIL, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands. Enabling organisations to have wireless communicate with field workers, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Software Support Analyst with strong SQL/SQL Server skills to join the software support function. Working as part of a team of 10 you will be tasked with the support of bespoke software solutions which run on Microsoft Windows platform written in VB6, C#, .NET and SQL Server. You will be a logical thinker, good at problem solving & investigating issues, be very customer focused and have an excellent telephone manner; ideally with previous experience of working in a support environment supporting & solving SQL/SQL Server databases issues. You will be logical and methodical with the ability to prioritise and liaise between developers and non-technical clients and ideally have a degree in an IT related subject.
